God’s Gifts to Honduras
Nine hundred twenty-two they came
And each one heard the Gospel
A doctor waiting to attend
And no one there was hostile.
God provided workers and
The other things we needed
The medicines, facilities
Some, the Gospel heeded.
Many gifts were shared that week
In Jesus’ name with kindness
But the greatest gift of all
Was sight for those with blindness.
Life for death, forgiveness too
For all their sinful actions
And healing to their inner soul
God’s wondrous benefactions!
